really want that second shot so i can get back to the gym, get back to exercising, take yoga or African dance again…..i want that last 20 pounds off (actually 30). I need to be 165 but I want to be 155. Very doable, too. I’m 186 today…..size 8 and so now I want to be a size 4 or 6, muscled, toned, fit. Can’t diet to this–need to hit the gym.
