Three drops of RSO in almond oil and coconut oil — mixed it and used it on my joints, poured a dab of the mix in my coffee/chocolate drink (warm, not hot)….
.…and I’m free of pain and itching, no conflict w/my prescribed meds or vitamins, cut my appetite to reasonable portions, chilled my mood, got me going on my workload without overdoing it.
Better than smoking leaf too–yes, I dipped the end of my cig and cut down the nicotine craving, which means I’ll be off cigs by the end of April.
I’m back on a steady schedule–seeing my GP and therapist next week.
Rick Simpson Oil path is my preference now. I will make cookies this weekend by mixing RSO with butter–my own edibles, yes.
