It’s a management style by deans, chairs, and vps that’s driven out Black women faculty and students, and now it’s threatening our survival. Don’t hold your breath for the president to do anything. He benefits from it, as does every other president in that position who either fostered it, cultivated it, or as in the current president’s case, pretends to be making changes but is actually fostering and cultivating it.
