Dried fruit. I have zero appetite with these meds. Fine with me. Did my morning walk, got my mail, did my meeting work–got one more at 6 with my intern. I have wonton soup–I’ll drop a shrimp in, should cover me for the day.
Remember: bikini body by summer–still need weights, waiting for warm weather to do hikes. I’m aiming to slim down enough to do something fun, like Martha’s Vineyard (it’s been many years for me), or someplace on the west coast.
Salt water. I’ll even take NC Outer Banks.
